In Trevor.io, you can use the Summarize step to perform aggregate functions.

To count distinct values, simply:

1. Add a Summarize step
2. Click the metric button that appears. 
3. Select Count from the dropdown. 
4. Choose the column whose values you want to count. 

All the options, with the exception of row count, will count the unique values in the column.
