If you want to sort your data by week (or month, day, etc.), first you need to group your data by week. To do this, add a summarize step and add the week as a dimension. 

Click the header of the 'week' column, and in the dropdown that appears, select 'sort'. Choose ascending or descending based on your needs and there you have it!
