Finding your database's host and port on AWS (Amazon Web Services) RDS

1. Login to your “AWS” account and select the region in which your database is located.

2. Type in “RDS” in the search box. Click on the first link.

3. Click on “Databases”

4. Select the database you are interested in

5. Scroll down and click on the “Connectivity and security” tab

6. Make note of the “Endpoint” value. This is the value for the “Host” field in Trevor’s “Connect Datasource” form

7. Make note of the “Port” value. This is the value for the “Port” field in Trevor’s “Connect Datasource” form.
