It's time to welcome your whole team to Trevor! 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦

You can add teammates by going to the bottom of the left-hand panel, and clicking the person icon:

Once you're in the Manage team section, just add the emails of the team members you want to invite and set them as either a collaborator or an admin:

Permissions details are as follows:

Collaborators

Collaborators can access this datasource and use Trevor.io's main features and functionality. This includes: 

• querying your data
• creating dashboards
• setting up data alerts
• downloading or exporting results

Collaborators cannot see your database credentials or modify your underlying data in any way. You can revoke access at any time.

Admins

Admins have the same rights as Collaborators, but can also:

• invite other users
• manage billing
• configure table access and joins
• control the Feature Access settings on the Settings page

Owner

The datasource owner is the only user who can update the datasource credentials.

Troubleshooting

If your team aren't receiving the invite emails, please check whether they are going to spam. If this is not the case, some email providers block emails ending '.io'. If you need help checking whether your email provider is blocking the invite email, message the team using our live chat on the bottom right 💬
